INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Africa needs over 5 million new affordable homes each year, whereas current supply is less than 10% of this demand. Affordable housing in Africa is a local game and over 90% of the supply today comes from local general contractors in each country. Growth of these contractors has been hampered due to lack of funding, professional management and modular construction technology.

MIC Global Angola was established with the vision of providing market-based solutions for modern infrastructure and housing development in Angola. The group has the resources to bridge the gap between project funding, construction technology and project management, to empower contractors across Africa, beginning with Angola, by providing a complete affordable housing model.
Besides providing capital for the projects, we also provide a management tool kit, with corporate governance, financial discipline and industry best practices. We realize that there is the need for support across the value chain in order to deliver quality affordable housing on a scale large enough to satisfy the demand, based on population size. Hence we are incubating an ecosystem of developers providing various services ranging from construction technology, infrastructure development, energy and water solutions to township management.
